About these terms

These terms describe the use of the AZUKI online store and purchases from it. The store is operated by Ye Xiong. Your seller is Ye Xiong, not Shopify. Shopify provides the platform used to operate this store.

Products and ordering

Review the product description, measurements, selected color and size, quantity, price and delivery information before placing an order. Product availability and options are shown on the product page. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Please contact us if a material detail is unclear before purchasing.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process and deliver your order. If you notice an error or wish to request an order change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. We will check the order status and explain the available next steps. A request alone does not confirm that a change or cancellation has been completed.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, product prices, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before paying. The payment method currently offered is PayPal. Complete payment using the secure checkout and any applicable PayPal steps. Do not send card details, passwords or payment credentials by email or through the contact form.

Shipping

We dispatch from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Available delivery destinations, rates and estimated processing and transit times are described in our Shipping & Delivery information and shown where applicable at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if timing is important.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receipt, subject to our return eligibility conditions. Customers arrange and pay for ordinary return shipping; prepaid return labels are not provided. Contact us first for approval and the correct return address. A US return address can be provided for US returns after you contact us and your return is approved.
