Refund policy

Return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email Azukiservice@hotmail.com with your order number, the item, color and size, and the reason for your request. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Return destinations

Contact us before sending a return. Our business address in Shenzhen, China can receive approved returns. For US returns, we can provide a US return address after you contact us and your return is approved. We will confirm the appropriate address and instructions for your return. Do not send items to an address before receiving these instructions.

Return shipping costs

For ordinary returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged or incorrect. Contact us before arranging return shipping so we can assess the issue and provide appropriate next steps. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are excluded from ordinary returns, except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider or bank may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Azukiservice@hotmail.com.
